1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through bmy777.cam (hereinafter "bmy777," "the Platform," "we," or "us"), you (hereinafter "the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as bmy777's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bmy777. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of bmy777 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bmy777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a citizen, resident, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from bmy777 under any prior account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

bmy777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible individual may register one (1) bmy777 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Your valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address;
• A secure password meeting bmy777's minimum complexity requirements.

bmy777 conducts mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts before withdrawal requests are processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License, Social Security System (SSS) ID, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

You must notify bmy777 promptly if any of your registered account details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmy777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. bmy777 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your bmy777 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify bmy777 of unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bmy777 immediately via the live chat support channel. bmy777 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification.

5. Deposits

bmy777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Specific minimums for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name and associated with your verified bmy777 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals are prohibited and may result in suspension of the deposit, account review, and potential account closure.

bmy777 does not impose deposit fees for standard payment methods; however, certain payment processors may charge transaction fees at their discretion, for which bmy777 accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your bmy777 balance as soon as funds are received and confirmed by the relevant payment processor — typically within seconds for GCash and Maya.

bmy777 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account for regulatory compliance or responsible gaming purposes. Deposit limits requested by players for responsible gaming purposes will be implemented without unreasonable delay.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your bmy777 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, or to a verified account held in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks for security or compliance purposes at bmy777's discretion.

bmy777 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within an average of 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI and BDO are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. bmy777 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable.

bmy777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. During any such investigation, the relevant balance will be held in escrow and the player notified of the hold.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bmy777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all bmy777 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bmy777 Platform are sourced from internationally licensed game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and game mechanics are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of bmy777's knowledge and reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage of each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, bmy777 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical protocols. bmy777 reserves the right to void any round affected by a verified technical error. Winnings derived from a confirmed system malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be paid.

Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by bmy777's server logs and the relevant game provider's system records shall be conclusive evidence of the game outcome. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not considered authoritative.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmy777 Platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game that involves a competitive element;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate unintended winnings;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using bmy777 as a conduit for financial crime;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bmy777 staff or other players;
• Accessing bmy777 on behalf of a third party without prior written authorization;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the bmy777 Platform or its game content.

bmy777 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in cases where prohibited conduct is suspected. Relevant account information, transaction records, and communications may be disclosed to authorized government bodies without prior notice to the player.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

bmy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under bmy777's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified, non-bonus funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bmy777 Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bmy777 Platform without prior written authorization.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy777 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or network failures beyond bmy777's reasonable control;
• Actions or inactions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms limits bmy777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14. Privacy & Data

bmy777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering at bmy777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bmy777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government authorities as required by law.

15. Amendments

bmy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — including changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus policies, or eligibility requirements — bmy777 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor amendments (corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not materially affect player rights or obligations), bmy777 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. bmy777 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

In the event of any dispute between you and bmy777 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bmy777's internal customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction.
